I know my exact size and this shoe was consistent with the sizing I had experienced in department stores. This product was unavailable in these same stores and had been replaced by a generic brand, so I was delighted to find it on line and the quick delivery was second to none!

I ordered these shoes in both a 7 and a 7 1/2. I usually wear a 7 1/2 in pumps. The 7's were big. I would have to wear some kind of an insole in the 7's. I just ordered a 6 1/2 which I usually never wear. I hope they fit as I really love the look of the shoes and they were comfortable though big. So I basically orderd 3 pairs of shoes to get 1 and paid all the shipping and return shipping but the shoes are very pretty and I haven't seen anything like them around at the stores. So I would say order a smaller size then you usually wear unless your feet are on the wide side.

Lying Is the Most Bad as in GREAT!! Zipper is great for easy on/easy off but laces work great to get a nice tight fit. Soles are great on any surface even broken up NYC streets. Used them all winter so far in NYC and they keep my feet warm and dry. Walk a mile each way to work and these boots give great support. I do recommend throwing in a pair of cushion soles for extra comfort. Already bought an extra pair for next year.
